Raafat ALOMAR ALGHANIM
Journaliste et reporteur d’images syrien, diplômé en Media, Raafat Al Ghanim a grandi en Arabie Saoudite. Avec ses écrits sur son blog personnel et sur plusieurs autres cyber-forums, il s’est montré critique envers le régime saoudien. Après deux ans de prison, en 2011 Raafat Al Ghanim a rejoint la révolution syrienne : il a commencé à montrer les violences dans son Pays en filmant les manifestations auxquelles il prenait part et en écrivant des articles. Après avoir été emprisonné par le service de renseignement syrien, il s’est enfui vers la Jordanie, où il a travaillé comme journaliste pour la radio “Al-balad”. Il a également été rédacteur pour plusieurs sites web.
Le plus : Grâce à une caméra cachée, Raafat Al Ghanim a réussi à réaliser plusieurs vidéos-reportages dans le camp de réfugiés syriens “Zaatari”. A cause des ses reportages les autorités jordaniennes lui ont interdit de rentrer au camp.
En septembre 2012 Raafat Al Ghanim a trouvé refuge en France. Il continue à rédiger des articles sur les islamistes en Moyen Orient pour plusieurs journaux en langue arabe ainsi que pour son blog.

A Syrian journalist and reporter of images, with a degree in media, Raafat Al Ghanim grew up in Saudi Arabia. With his writings on her personal blog and many other cyber-forums, he was critical of the Saudi regime. After two years in prison, in 2011 Raafat Al Ghanim joined the Syrian Revolution: he became to show the violence of his country by filming the protests that he took part in and by writing articles. After being imprisoned by the Syrian intelligence service, he fled to Jordan, where he worked as a journalist for the radio “Al-balad.” He was also the editor for many websites.
More: Thanks to a hidden camera, Raafat Al Ghanim succeeding in producing many video-reports in the Syrian refugee camp “Zaatari.” Because of these reports, the Jordanian authorities forbade him from re-entering the camp.
In September 2012, Raafat Al Ghanim found refuge in France. He continues to write articles on Islamists in the Middle East for many newspapers in the Arabic language for his blog.
