Félix Tshisekedi Tshilombo a été déclaré vainqueur des élections organisées le 30 décembre dernier en République Démocratique du Congo. Malgré ce délais de dix jours pour comptabilsier les votes, les résultats sont contestés. A commencer par… la France.
La Commission Électorale Indépendante a rendu public les résultats provisoires de la Présidentielle ce jeudi 09 décembre 2019.
Le vainqueur a obtenu plus de sept millions de voix, tandis que Martin Fayulu Madidi arrive en deuxième position avec plus de six millions d’électeurs, largement devant le candidat adoubé par la Président actuel Kabila. En effet, avec plus de quatre millions de voix, Emmanuel Shadary n’occupe que la troisième position.
Les trois candidats en lice à l’élection présidentielle ont obtenu:
1. Monsieur Félix Antoine TSHISEKEDI TSHILOMBO: 7.051.013 soit 38,57%.
2. Monsieur Martin FAYULU MADIDI: 6.366.732 soit 34,83%
3. Monsieur Emmanuel SHADARY: 4.357.359 soit 23,84%

Sans surprise, ces résultats sont contestés au sein-même du pays. Mais pas seulement.
Le Quai d’Orsay par la voix du ministre français des Affaires Étrangères interviewé chez nos confrères de Cnews n’a pas hésité à déclaré que ces résultats ne sont “pas conformes aux résultats que l’on a pu constater ici ou là“, s’appuyant sur “des vérifications” de “la conférence épiscopale du Congo qui a annoncé des résultats totalement différents“. Si l’on s’intéresse au programme du vainqueur, on se rend compte que le candidat n’a pas seulement fait des promesses pour “vaincre la pauvreté“. Il propose également de développer des partenariats avec l’Inde, la Chine et la Russie. De quoi bousculer la relation France-Congo.
Ces résultats ne sont d’ailleurs pas si surprenant : ces derniers jours, Félix Tshisekedi avait aussi tendu la main au Président Kabila. Emergeait même l’idée d’une rencontre entre Tshisekedi et Kabila.
