Vendredi, la coalition Lamuka rejeté la main tendue par Félix Tshisekedi et continue de contester l’arrêt rendu par la cour constitutionnelle. Pas question pour elle de participer au futur gouvernement.
Pour la coalition Lamuka, hors de question de cautionner une fraude éléctorale. “Pourquoi entrerait-on dans un gouvernement formé sur la base d’un accord passé entre Cach (plateforme de Félix Tshisekedi, et le FCC [le front commun congolais], la plateforme de Joseph Kabila)?” s’interroge Pierre Lumbi, directeur de campagne de Martin Fayulu.
“Qu’on nous parle de la main tendue, c’est impudique, ce n’est acceptable. C’est une main qui n’est pas propre”, rejette Pierre Lumbi avant de s’insurger sur le sens de la question : “Aller au gouvernement pour faire quoi ? Pour prendre des postes ? Et un gouvernement d’Union Nationale, sur quelles bases ? On peut avoir un gouvernement d’Union Nationale mais sur la base de la vérité bien sûr !”
La Lamuka continue donc de contester la légalité de l’arrêt de la Cour Constitutionnelle ayant confirmée la victoire de Félix Tshisekedi. Ce qui choque explique Eve Bazaiba, secrétaire général du MLC et membres de Lamuka, “c’est notamment que la Cour Constitutionnelle dit avoir reçu de la commission électorale tous les PV des bureaux de vote jusqu’au centre nationale de traitement de résultats. Des documents auxquels les avocats de Martin Fayulu n’ont jamais eu accès.”
La coalition Lamuka dit être prête à introduire des recours au niveau régional et international pour faire reconnaître la vérité des urnes.
